CPHS After School Academic Support - February-May 2025

• One day advanced signup is recommended for prepared, meaningful academic support
• Sign-up for district busing must be completed by 11am the day of attendance.  Resident, district students are eligible for district transportation home.  Please contact CPHS main office with any questions at 616-254-5200.

State Testing Dates: Please mark your calendars for important state testing.

• Thursday, March 20, 2025: 11th Grade WorkKeys Pre-Administration
• Thursday, March 27, 2025: 11th Grade WorkKeys Exam, Before spring break this year!
• Tuesday, April 1, 2025: 9th/10th/11th Digital Readiness Check - Chromebooks required
• Wednesday, April 16, 2025:
  • 9th/10th Grade PSAT Exam (7:50-11:00): Lunch and Career Fair to follow
  • 11th Grade SAT Exam (7:50-11:30): Dismissal at approximately 11:30 (district transportation will be provided home at regularly scheduled time)
  • 12th Grade Mandatory Class Meeting (1:00, district transportation NOT provided)
• Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30: 11th Grade MSTEP Science and Social Studies Exam (7:50 -11:20) - Students will only test one of these two dates. Groups will be assigned at a later date.

Once you complete the form, bring your $10 to Mrs. Harrison in the front office and she will give you your permit.
