More Las Vidas- Cocinado en Familia Program

Cocinado en Family Flyer

The Cocinando en Familia program is for Spanish-speaking families who are in need of and interested in improving their diet and health. At least one child (ages 7 to 17) and one adult must participate. The program is completely free and classes will take place in-person at the Downtown Market Teaching Kitchen. Groceries will be provided for each cooking class and families will receive a $100 gift card for completing the program.

Classes will be held every other week on Mondays from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The dates of the next two groups we have scheduled are:

• Group 2: February 14, 28, March 14, 28, April 11
• Group 3: April 25, May 9, 23, June 6, 20.
